- "The Deep" aired October 3 2007: The discovery of the bodies of two scuba instructors leads investigators to uncover a plot to detonate a bomb in Lower Manhattan.
- "Buzzkill" aired November 14 2007: CSI investigates the death of a woman who was part of a live billboard on Times Square, and a shooting during a robbery where the victim's "boyfriend" may be part of the crew.
- "One Wedding and a Funeral" aired November 21 2007: A man about to be married is found dead in his dressing room on his wedding day, and Bonasera is left with a series of puzzles which are tied to an event in Taylor's past.
- "The Thing About Heroes" aired November 28 2007: The clues in Bonasera's puzzle lead Mac back to Chicago, where he must confront a traumatic event from his youth. Bonasera also discovers that her admirer is directly connected to the case.
